BEST FOODS TO EAT (foods that are high in soluble fiber)
Rice (brown mixed with white, if necessary)
Pasta and noodles (mix whole grain with regular, at first)
Oatmeal
Barley
Rice cereals (try Cream of Rice for breakfast)
Soy (test this out to see if it works for your belly)
Quinoa
Millet
Corn meal
Carrots
Yams
Sweet potatoes
Turnips
Rutabagas
Parsnips
Beets
Squash and pumpkins
Mushrooms
Chestnuts
Avocados
Bananas
Applesauce
Mangoes
Papayas (relieve gas and indigestion)


BEST LIQUIDS:

Water, water, and more water
Peppermint tea
Fennel tea
Rice milk instead of cow's milk


WORST FOODS TO EAT (these will trigger symptoms):
Spicy, fattening, or greasy foods
Sugar and artificial sweeteners
Packaged, processed foods
Alcohol
Soda or carbonated drinks
Coffee
Large quantities of uncooked fruits/veggies
Dairy (even low-fat, skim-fat, & lactose-free)
Animal protein (for some, this is trouble!)
Wheat products
Anything that triggers your symptoms
